Position description
The emphasis is on the role to be a Product Leader.
Product leader is not just R&D manager that is capable of leading a team of developers and leading projects. What we are looking for is a much more importantly a person who also knows how to build a product from the beginning and carry it to deployment with customers. It means he/she needs to have proven skills in establishing clear vision for a product designing a product while testing and challenging the design with customers, engaging them in the process so that the product fits the needs of the market. He/she should know how to run usability tests with it on one side and on the other have deep technical understanding of the technology. The person has to have innovative mind and innovative drive so that we get excellent innovative products out.

Office Manager: Part of the role also includes being the Office Manager for the Sundsvall office which currently holds approx 30 people (R&D, QA & Support).
Position requirements
International capabilities: The ability to handle international communication and teamwork (with other group managers or project leaders)

Cross site management: The position is a group manager that also means the person needs to have proven skills of managing cross functional and cross geographies teams (Sundsvall & Stockholm)

Reporting structure: The Group Manager will report to the VP
