The products are sold into about 73 countries around the globe, manufacturing in about 10 and with an infrastructure of offices that span most continents. The business is going through a transformational period which aims to achieve a world class operating platform which embraces continuous improvement and lean principals. The role will have a high visibility with the Global Head of Manufacturing as the group wide efficiency program is recognised as the CEO's number one initiative You will be joining an exceptional team taking responsibility for production in their Swedish plant but also working very closely with a team of high calibre consultants who are supporting the Groups initiatives within the area of BPI and continuous improvement. The selected applicant will be an ambitious proven manager who is able to not only manage the day to day production requirement of the site but will also be totally committed to developing the performance of the site , the people, processes and achieving the improvements sought within the businesses wider objectives.
