Your Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will have to fulfil the following criteria's:
· University degree within relevant discipline.
· Some years of leadership experience
· Experience in managing mixed development teams, made of internal staff and external contractors.
· Knowledge and experience in SW test (module test methods and tools, SW test methods)
· Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It's an advantage if you have knowledge in:
- SIL4 SW development processes according to EN50128
- ERTMS and ATP application
- BT ATP implementation and specific BT tools for SW testing
As a person you need to be service oriented and have a genuine interest in people. It's also important to have good cooperation skills, a strong drive for results and a structured and precise way of working.
