An exciting opportunity has arisen within Electrolux Human Resources and Organizational Development. Electrolux is strongly focusing on Talent Management, recognizing the importance of this area in reaching the high ambition level of the company. As a part of HR transformation and reflecting new ways of working, we are establishing a true Center of Expertise within Talent & Resourcing and as well as one within Learning & Development. The teams work closely together and serve as a natural point of reference for the HR Community and line managers. The Center of Expertise consists of a global team, with team members also based in the various geographical regions.
Key operational responsibilities
The global team needs to have competences in facilitation, project management, resourcing strategies and performance management to be a trustworthy partner going forward. It maintains an expert knowledge, understanding and practical application of Talent and Resourcing policies, best practices and tools. It designs policies and tools in line with HR and Business Strategy, legislative requirements and external best practice. The team works with global projects and programs, and needs to have a good, international network internally as well as externally. We need to understand the effectiveness of current talent and resourcing approaches and suggest solutions.
Within Talent and Resourcing our strategic focus is: - Ensure that the Talent management and resourcing processes and tools are robust and successfully implemented and applied throughout the Electrolux Group. This also implies working closely with the HR Shared Service Center in Krakow, and to ensure that the processes are well implemented, monitored and updated. - Contribute to the development of a resourcing strategy addressing common need of Electrolux in attracting talent. This also means working with the HR Shared
Service Center to identify how Electrolux will recruit, with which external partners we will work, and to set up common agreements. - Contribute to the development of our global Employer Value Proposition and implement it across the company. Going forward, efficient ways of e-recruitment will be specifically important. - Improving our work processes within Performance management, and ensure that they are implemented in a robust way in SAP. - Manage a company wide Employee Engagement survey.
You will work with senior business leaders, and HR Business Partners, to capture the major strategic issues, and must have the ability to translate it into organizational implications and related programmes and initiatives. You will also work closely with the Learning & Development Center of Expertise, to ensure that, when appropriate, this is translated into learning & development programmes.
You, as a selected candidate, will have the following main responsibilities: - To ensure that robust processes and procedures are in place related to Talent Management, Resourcing and Performance Management - To support colleagues within HR Shared Services with guidance and expert advice on Talent and Resourcing related issues. - To develop a resourcing strategy, based on a solid understanding of future business needs - To develop and drive our Employee Engagement initiative - To participate in creating the strategy for the new Talent & Resourcing Center of Expertise within Electrolux

You are the ideal candidate if you: - have a minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources , at least partly in Talent Management and /or Resourcing - have proven skills working across country borders with the proper understanding and respect for cultural differences - are self motivated and energetic - have a strong business acumen, understanding how the business agenda drives Talent Management imperatives and future recruitment needs - have excellent communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including top management - are self reliant and systematic - have strong project management skills - thorough understanding of how business strategies drive talent initiatives.
